I’m contacting you because I’m having an issue. Since yesterday I cannot load the Chinese subtiles and the Pinyin for my TV Show. The chinese subtiles are still displayed but I cannot click on them to use LLN features (see the word in the dictionnary, add it to the list to learn, …). Also the Pinyin never appears anymore, while I’ve checked the button to force it to appear all the time.
