I can no longer copy blocks of subtitles as before on Netflix and have to individually copy them/ export the subtitles and copy it that way.

The Copy button is located in the three-dot menu. Just click on the three dots and the Copy button will appear

I used to be able to copy multiple lines at a time. That function seems to be lost now.

we did not change or remove anything in this functionality. We did not have the ability to copy multiple phrases at a time before
Multiple lines of text used to be highlightable. I used to be able to click and drag to select copy multiple lines at a time as well. This has been lost.
3 dot menu copy is often insufficient because a line break will require me to copy twice to get a full line into my notes.
Please ensure that multiple lines are highlightable. It’s a key step of my workflow.
@Matias_Gonzalez thank you for pointing that out! I’m not sure if it was removed on purpose. I’ll pass this along to the team.
