Are you still having issues?

As a user of LR of noticed this happens/can happen off and on due to various potential server status issues (it’s over heated/overloaded), but usually clears up after a period of time).

I’d check in on the extension periodically and see if it ends up being able to retrieve the data at that time.

I hope this clears up soon and you can get back to using LR! :slight_smile:
