Even though it shows on my account that I have a free 14-day trial
But when I chose pro feature on Netfilx subtitle, it kept asking me to pay.
I tried restart my computer, log out log in, but it’s still the same.
Here is what it shows when I try to use the pro feature
when I clicked it, it said that it was enabled.
