I have the same problem, im from spain, and when im going to watch any Netflix serie or movie the substitles all time “loading” but in YT its working, idk why in netflix no work, I clean the cache, and reinstal the extension but no work

Hello @adriiub, the user above wrote that they managed to resolve this issue. To do this, you need to go to your Netflix settings, select the ‘Security’ tab and disable the ‘Participate in testing’ option. After that, Language Reactor will start working. 
I have the same loading substitles problems from yesterday afternoon, I changed laptops and the problem has been there!

Hi. I’ve had the same problem for few months (MacBook, Chrome) 
This applies to all movies on Netflix. I’m interested in English audio and English subtitles. I’m from Poland.

Try disabling the ‘Participate in testing’ feature in your settings. To do this: go to your Netflix settings, select the ‘Security’ tab and turn off the ‘Participate in testing’ option. I just started having the same problem “loading subtitles” but when I went into the security settings and click on that I got this code:
error code NSES 404
Any advise?
I face the same “loading subtitles” issues when I am watching Netfilx, I am in Canada, and it still not working after clearing my browser cache.
But LR is working with my Youtube…

I’m in Canada and both netflix and youtube are not working. All videos have the same issue. I have tried multiple computers, browsers, deleting all cookies and cached files. There is an error reported in the console:

Hi! I’m having the same problem. Located in the US, native language English, target language Spanish. YouTube is working, but Netflix is stuck on “loading subtitles”. I just renewed my Pro subscription a day or two ago after taking a break. Would it be possible to get a refund if the issue persists? YouTube generally doesn’t have officially subtitled content, so this subscription is basically unusable to me unless this issue is fixed.
Test participation in Netflix is switched off, I am not using a VPN. How else can I fix this?

I also cleared the cache, browser history, uninstalled and reinstalled Language reactor, restarted my laptop etc
It was okay but not now,now it keeps loading and loading

Im having the same issue, i turned off the “new feature” setting and its still not loading, 3 days not working
I am experiencing the “loading subtitles” issue on ONLY Netflix and desperately need a fix. I have already tried every suggested workaround, including disabling Netflix’s “Test Participation,” clearing my browser cache/cookies completely, reinstalling the extension, and refreshing the page countless times, but absolutely nothing works. YouTube works perfectly fine, but Netflix remains completely unusable with the console error. What can I do more in this situation. Is this the problem in your program? Then please provide an official update as soon as possible. Thank you.

From Korea, There is the same loading problem here too. 
I tried on VPN, Chrome browser and cleaning cache. But anything didn’t work.
Besides it couldn’t turn off to the test participation of netflix account.
My case is Korean → English.

Same issue here… It was working perfectly fine on Netflix yesterday. Now it’s just stuck on “loading subtitles”. Already switched off test participation and everything.
