Issue description:
Language Reactor gets stuck on “Loading subtitles, please wait…” on Netflix and subtitles never appear. I have already tried reinstalling the extension, clearing browser cache, disabling other extensions, enabling third-party cookies, and testing with different browsers, but the problem persists. Netflix subtitles work correctly, but Language Reactor remains stuck loading subtitles.

Hello @Hatice_Cengiz, thank you for your message!
Try disabling the ‘Participate in testing’ feature in your settings. To do this: go to your Netflix settings, select the ‘Security’ tab and turn off the ‘Participate in testing’ option. Language Reactor will then start working. Please let me know the result. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks!

Hello @Yana

I have the same problem, i turned off the testing option on Netflix but it’s still stuck on loading
I tried on many videos on Netflix and Youtube, deleted data on Chrome etc
Did you find any other way to make it load again?
Thanks in advance

Hello @Gyoza, thank you for your request!
If this issue happens only on Netflix (subtitles work on YouTube), try turning off the “Participate in testing” feature in your settings. To do this: go to your Netflix settings, select the “Security” tab, and turn off the “Participate in testing” option. After that, Language Reactor will start working. This is related to the latest Netflix updates, which we can’t do anything about yet!
If the subtitles freeze on YouTube as well, please let me know! Thanks!

It’s not working for me now; I had the same problem a few days ago. I tried disabling the “Participate in tests” option and it worked, but now I’m facing the same issue: “Loading subtitles, please wait…”. can you please help me.

Thanks @Yana but I already turned off the testing feature on Netfix… still doesn’t work
As for youtube it depends on the video but I don’t use it as much

Yesterday when the issue appeared first it was resolved with turned off the testing feature but today not working for me either.

I turned off the Netflix “Feature Testing” but it still not working.

Looks like whatever feature they were testing that we disabled by opting out of tests, they deployed to all users.
Note that there are more things that broke. For example, if you go to LR settings, the Netflix languages drop-down is stuck on “Loading”.
