I had the same issue. It was fine yesterday.

I’ve also tried this but it’s still not working.

Try enabling the testing option again. It’s working on my end.

Having same problem since today, yesterday worked fine.

Not working even though I turned off the privacy function.
It’s been my favourite google extention ever. Hope it sort out soon.

It seems a lot of people have this same problem, me included (it was working perfectly for me until yesterday morning, but now I still have this same issue), so it seems quite general, and there are already several threads about this with many people complaining.

And this doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the testing feature of Netflix. I’ve always had it turned off, and it’s still turned off, so that doesn’t have anything to do with this problem.

I hope it’s solved soon, which is in the interest of Language Reactor, since if so many people have this problem at the same time, it’s such a general issue and it keeps unresolved for a long time for so many people, that’s a growing potential risk of losing many accounts. Just saying…

Same here. Turning off the testing feature is useless. From yesterday subtitles can’t be loaded. Chrome, Window11, Netflix. I’ve been learning Japanese on Netflix. Language Reactor without Netflix is meaningless for me. I hope this problem will be solved soonest.

same problem , tried everything. T’T

Hello! Thank you for your reply.
The subtitle issue has been fixed. Try using the extension in incognito mode. The cache may be preventing Language Reactor from working properly.

hello , i have been using the incognito mode but the subtitles are still stuck on loading.

@Francesca, thank you for your reply! What browser do you use?

I’m using google chrome on a chromebook OS .
I have tried other dual subtitles extensions since LR is not working on Netflix , and they work correctly.
I hope it can get fixed because i prefer LR!

@Francesca thank you for your reply! It’s possible that after the latest update, the LR extension has started conflicting with other extensions. Try disabling all other extensions (especially ad blockers) and leaving only the LR extension enabled. Let me know how it goes!

Hello , i have tried as you said , and there has been no change.
