I have the same problem in Thailand. “Loading subs please wait” 3 days now.
@Francesca Good! Did the subtitles start working on their own, or did you do something to make them work? This would be helpful for us
I have had the same issue for a few weeks. At first if I kept turning on and off they worked but now as soon as I turn LR to on it just come up ‘Loading Subtitle’ I have tried all the other fixes suggested??
