키보드 단축기도 작동을 안하고 자막은 계속 로딩싸인만 나옵니다. 새로 데스크탑을 구입했는데 렙탑에서는 아무 문제없는데 새로산 데스크탑 컴에서만 작동을 안합니다. 해결방법 부탁드립니다.

Shortcuts (keys A, S, D) do not work while subtitles are loading - this is normal.
Try the following steps to fix the subtitle loading issue:
- Remove the current extension and reinstall it from this link: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/language-reactor/hoombieeljmmljlkjmnheibnpciblicm. You may have an older version of the extension installed.
- Try loading the subtitles in a different browser.
- Temporarily disable other extensions and try again (they may be blocking Language Reactor) or try opening the video in incognito mode (to do this, switch the “Allow in Incognito” switch to ON here chrome://extensions/?id=hoombieeljmmljlkjmnheibnpciblicm).
