subtitle is not loading

  1. I have set the video to display both Korean and English, but the subtitles are not showing up.
    → Error message: Subtitles are loading. Please wait a moment.

  2. Subtitle selection section in the gear-shaped setting tool

  3. The feature that automatically pauses playback at the end of every subtitle does not work.
