Log in error “Failed to obtain user data from server. Please try reloading the page, or else contact Language Reactor developers.” appears when trying to log in from Italy, dictionary function is not working as well.
I restarted the browser and opened an incognito window and it cleared the issue

update: I could login but dictionary function is still not working
@Hu_die The dictionary should be working now, we fixed it
@Angelina_Kalinichenk ok so, I usually use brave as a browser and I gotta say that there it’s not working, but for the sake of certainty I have tried Chrome and no problem there. Do you have any idea what the problem could be with brave?

Language Reactor is officially supported only in Google Chrome. Although Brave is based on Chromium, its built-in features may interfere with the proper functioning of some parts of Language Reactor.
The dictionary feature relies on built-in scripts and network requests that may be blocked or modified by Brave. As a result the dictionary may not load or function properly in this browser
We cannot guarantee reliable performance in Brave. For full and stable functionality, including the dictionary, we recommend using Language Reactor in Google Chrome
