Original audio not saving at all

I use netflix to watch stuff in Latin American Spanish, and only now (been using it for around a year now) I’ve found out that apparently LR saves original audio (to export to anki later, etc.). However, it’s never saved original audio for me.

Interestingly, if I play a phrase in the menu (with AI, translations, etc.) during playback, it actually does play the original audio. However, if I go to the saved phrases, all of them are machine-pronounced. Any way to fix this?

I’d upload a video, but I’m not sure I’m allowed to do that here.

I wonder if maybe some of my extensions could be interfering? I don’t have anything special though, just adblock and ublock mainly.

Oh I think I got it - it probably only works for Spain Spanish, not Latin American Spanish. Am I right?

Upd. I guess it’s actually both, but not CC subtitles?
