Paid monthly subscription but subtitles still won't show — and can't find where to request a refund

Hi everyone,

I just paid for the monthly subscription, but subtitles still aren’t displaying. I’ve tried checking the settings, but I can’t get them to appear at all.

On top of that, I can’t seem to find where to request a refund anywhere in my account or on the site.

Has anyone run into this before? Any advice on how to fix the subtitle issue — or where I should go to request a refund — would be really appreciated.

Hello @Nicole_Ye the subtitle issue has already been fixed; it was caused by Netflix updates.
