Premium not working on a different laptop?

I have a subscription, and everything works perfectly on the laptop I’m writing this from. However, when I log in on another device (also a laptop, win 10, same browser, chrome, both in Ukraine), it logs me in, but if I try to save a word, it asks me to buy the subscription (and of course if I press that button, it shows me the page that says I already have it). Don’t know if it’s relevant, but I’m using it for Korean on that laptop, and for Spanish on this laptop.

I’ve tried different browsers, relogging, switching languages - nothing seems to work. Interestingly though, it seems that Alexa AI works. I think I even tried logging out on my main laptop, no help still.

What should I do? Is there some limit per device I’m not aware of?

Upd. Tried using it with edge and it works, so it’s probably a bug.

@kisilyowjb Could you send a video of this bug here - angelina.tester77@gmail.com? I can’t reproduce it. But we may have a problem when logging in to the browser with multiple accounts
