I am trying to learn French, and have that selected on both the website and in the settings on YouTube for the extension. I have French selected, and I clicked on some words, but they don’t appear. (I would post screenshots but I got an error saying I can’t since I’m a new user here).
Hello @robkom,
I can’t reproduce this.
It works correctly for me.
Can you tell me which browser you use? Our extension is officially supported only in Chrome. And others may experience problems similar to this one
Try reinstalling the extension and logging back into your account. Sometimes it helps.
Also, make sure you are logged into the same account on the website and in the extension.
And please pay attention that words and phrases are saved in separate tabs in the Saved section.
Words are saved in Marked words,
and phrases are saved in Saved phrases.
Also, try searching for the saved word in the Saved section; it may have already been saved before.
Let me know if any of this was helpful
Yep, I’m using the latest version of Chrome and everything’s been set up correctly and I double checked logging in/out (and trying in Indognito with only the LR extension allowed)—nothing worked. But, I reinstalled the extension and that seemed to fix it, thanks for that suggestion!
