I’ve been having some issues with the “Save words and phrases” functionality, even though I’m a paying customer. Could you help me out?

I was a paying customer until a couple of days ago.
Nevertheless, the LR wasn’t working for more than 10 days.
I asked for aid, but it was in vain.
So, I deleted my LR account.
Two or three days later, the app would work again.
Hmm, can I trust that LR will work fine from now on?
Sorry you had trouble, we had a technical problem when the website was offline for a few days, this should hopefully never happen again. If you want to be extra safe, can export saved items to e.g. Anki or a spreadsheet once in a month. We can also send a refund, just send your email address in a PM.
