Hi, you should be able to see your items in free mode too, just can’t save new ones. Please check if you are logged it with the right email address in the Settings: Language Reactor
If you have multiple Google (gmail) accounts, try another one, maybe they got mixed up.
Yes — in most cases your saved phrases are tied to your account, not the subscription itself.
So when you reactivate Pro, your data (including saved phrases) should come back if it wasn’t deleted.
However, if the phrases were removed during the cancellation period, they might not be recoverable.
It’s best to check with support to be sure about your specific account
