The second subtitle, which is the translated one, only shows a hyphen (-) in all videos.

This is not a Language Reactor issue. It is a known issue with Youtube.
Here is the statement from Youtube within the last 24 hours.

It started working again, I didn’t do anything. It was probably the developers. Thanks.
