Hi,
Sometimes in shows there can be long stretches without spoken (= subtitled) dialogue. In these occasions and others I’d like to be able to control the video with the regular “skip x secs” controls normally assigned to “Left” and “Right”.
My suggestion is to assign these functions to “Shift+Left” and “Shift+Right”, or something else at your discretion.

PS: Related but less important, I think playback speed adjustments would better be mapped to “<” and “>”, to emulate the Youtube controls many must already be familiar with.
