While I clicked the orange icon (Learning), it kept asking me to log in or register, but I did, and I even have the Pro plan of your service.
Then there’s another page I try to go further, which asks me to wait.
I waited for a few minutes, and nothing happened.
I am in Taiwan, and I use the plugin mostly with YouTube and Netflix.
I am learning English based on traditional Chinese.

Please be sure that you are logged in and that your email address is visible in the settings on the website and in the extension settings if you use YouTube and Netflix.
I clicked the button of setting LR and it showed up a new page, and my status is my accout with a pro subscription.
I haven’t had time to deal with this problem.
Until now, it hasn’t fixed yet.
I feel so bad for wasting my money.
Can I get some payback since the functions of Pro don’t work!

Try deleting the extension and downloading a new one from this link. Since we recently updated the extension. You may have an old version of the extension installed.
