Google has blocked to use all extension apps to use Manifest V2 on Chrome since July 1st. I have tried to download and use many extensions for language subtitles on Neflix during couple of days . All of them seem to work alright. so I strongly assume that LLG must be not complied with Manifest V3 that’s the reason for you and me to have Loading and download issue. It’s not an issue with Neflix setting or Chrome but LLR. Hope it 's fixed soon by LLR.
