The language reactor button/options is completely missing from the playback bar on youtube. I don’t use Netflix so I haven’t checked that. This happened after I deleted all of my internet history (I have relogged into language reactor since). So currently unable to use language reactor.
Update - This seems to be related to switching youtube accounts (not google accounts), it works on one account but not the other?
Update2 - I made a third youtube channel to see if LR works, and it does, so it seems that 2 channels work and 1 has the LR button/functionality missing. I did nothing different in the creation of this 3rd channel, so I am unsure beyond that.
