It doesn’t work in any language combination (Korean–English, Japanese–English, Chinese–English). It works on YouTube. I switched from Chrome to Firefox, and it doesn’t work on either browser. It only started happening recently. I tried clearing the cache and turning off ad blockers, as suggested in another post. I also restarted the computer. In the end, still nothing. Just to clarify, it works on YouTube.
