Is there a way that our uploaded media (mp3) files can stay online so when I move from IPad to iMac to Chrombook I can still access them without needing to upload them again?

I found a work around by putting the file on dropbox so now I can access the file regardless of which device I am on. It wasn’t music - it was a TTS file I created. Thanks for responding.
