yeah man it’s straight up not working. at the time i signed up, everything worked like a charm n that’s why i got a yearly subscription. Now i’m thinkin like what a fkn waste man

I’ve been turning everything off and on again (the limit of my technical expertise) and looking online for solutions. From another user replying to another complaint, it looks like there is a problem with their servers. I wish I hadn’t just wasted all that time.

yeah man i’m still learning n have made great progress. This hasn’t hindered me from learning German but it’s just kinda annoying yk.

I’m very disappointed. ASR was great… when it worked. Now I’ve paid for a year and so far it’s been down over half the time.

Sorry about these problems, I had to have unexpected surgery (two actually). Thinks kind of went to shit for a while, trying to catch up now.

We’ll send a newsletter in the next few days.
