I don’t know how to do make Armenian work. It doesn’t put anythning but the words (in Armenian) “Foreign” and “music.”

Hello! I have an Armenian video playing in YouTube and it is set to translation language Armenian with the YouTube Subtitle language turned off. The only choice in the youtube subtitle language is English.
I am learning Armeniann so I want to watch Armenian videos.
Is there any way of doing this? Thank you!
