Empty .mp3 Files When Exporting ASR Content Using Anki

I am experiencing an issue with the ASR feature when exporting content using the Anki option. The exported audio files are often empty .mp3 files, with a file size of only 145 bytes.

This issue persists across multiple browsers, including Google Chrome, Opera, and Brave, all displaying the same behavior.

Example Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Watch the series Ozark (season 2, episode 9) using English ASR subtitles.

  2. Go to approximately minute 33:00 and locate the subtitle: “that there’s a buttload of other colleges out there.”

  3. Save the word “buttload.”

  4. Export using Anki (Human Translation).

Upon accessing the media folder, the .mp3 audio file appears empty.

Same here. I’ve posted about this bug and until now I have had no answer. Really weird since it worked perfectly all this time
