Hey @Yana and devs, hope you guys are doing okay. I know you acknowledged the bug for mp3 files not getting transcribed in media player a while ago, and that you guys are looking into it. I’ve noticed that once i leave the file loading in the player for a long time, it takes about 30-45 minutes for it to get transcribed. I upload an audio of a french podcast (over 30 minute length). As much as it is a pain, i’m willing to wait 30 minutes for it as long as it is getting transcribed and i’m able to save the phrases, which has been working okay, until now.
I’m not able to save any phrases as of now for any of the mp3 files that i upload into the media player. I would point out that if i upload any video file with other formats (.mp4, .mkv, .webm) the phrase save feature works just fine, but only for mp3 files it isn’t working. The yellow star gets highlighted but the phrases do not get saved, neither words. I do not see any error notifications appearing on the screen either. This bug has only appeared starting yesterday (likely something happened when you guys were fixing the global bug affecting everyone?).
If you can please look into this or advice a workaround, that would be great. If you want me to email you the audio, let me know.
