Saved phrases not syncing on main site & Unauthorized saved sentences in vertical view

Hi,

I am using Language Reactor to study with Netflix, but I am experiencing two critical issues regarding the phrase-saving feature.

Here is my environment info for troubleshooting:

  1. Saved phrases are missing on the main website
    I regularly save sentences that I want to memorize while watching. However, when I log into the main website and check the ‘Saved phrases’ section, nothing appears. It shows completely empty. This feature is extremely important to my study routine, and I need it to work properly.

  2. Random/unauthorized sentences showing as “saved” in Vertical View
    When I watch Netflix and open the Vertical View, there are many sentences already marked as “saved” (highlighted) even though I have never saved them myself. I definitely did not bookmark those lines, but they keep appearing as saved.

Could you please help me resolve these synchronization and saving issues?

  1. I see that English is selected as the subtitle language on Netflix (i.e., “English” is selected as the Netflix subtitle language), but on the website, Spanish is set as the “Study language” (in the upper-left corner of the first screenshot).
    Because you have selected different study languages on the website and in the Netflix extension, you cannot see the words and phrases you’ve saved from the extension on the website. This is because a separate “Saved” section is displayed for each study language to make learning more convenient.
    Select English as your study language on the website, and your saved phrases and words will appear.
  2. Make sure you’re signed in to the same account on the website and in the extension. Compare the email addresses in the settings for the website and the extension.
    Phrases can also sometimes be saved by misclicking the R key.
