Subtitles HELP!

I don’t know how to do set the subtitles up properly!

My native language (english) is on top and the words are being highlighted - isn’t it supposed to be highlighted in the language im learning below? (french).

I am sure I checked on all the tabs of the documentation that can be found here : Language Reactor.

Check in the settings on the website that your Study language has not changed to English (this can sometimes happen) and that French is selected (screenshot 1).
If you are using an extension, you need to select the language settings in the extension settings (screenshot 2)
