I have two English translations—I don’t mean the one provided by the video creator. I mean that when I use Language Reactor, I see English and Arabic subtitles together at the top, and another English subtitle at the bottom.

I can’t reproduce this on my end using the video you mentioned.
Please specify which browser you’re using and its version.
Also, try disabling all other browser extensions. It’s possible that other extensions are displaying subtitles on top of the video.
