In Taiwan, Netflix subs won’t work, attached image. This happens every once in a while but this time has persisted for days (usually only lasts a few hours). App unusable. In general, I have been frustrated with this problem numerous times. Is there a way for me to flush my cache or something and get it to work again? I often don’t study because of this.

12 hour update. Still doesn’t work. Obviously I’ve tried different browsers, reloading, restarting, logging out, etc. It’s not a problem on my end, as far as I can tell.

@E_Eh If you’re not using the Language Reactor extension, is Netflix working without problems?

I’ve seen this same problem, too. Something in Language Reactor’s system is broken for traditional. Just look at the web page. When looking at the Netflix catalogue, set to the target language to traditional Chinese, as I’ve done linked below:

It says “No items found.”

This is ridiculous considering MOST of Netflix’s Chinese content is from Taiwan and AFIK all of it has Traditional character subtitle tracks.

@Mark3 You have the study language and translation language selected as Chinese(Traditional). I think that’s why you don’t see the search result. Change the study language and the search will give you results

No, actually I don’t. I had the study language set to Chinese (Traditional) and the translation language set to English. Here’s the screenshot from the link I shared:

If you can get Netflix listings to appear for traditional Chinese (as the study language), then please do share.

@Mark3 Oh, yeah, I got it. Sent it to developers. Thanks!
