I paid $39.95 for a one year subscription to Language Reactor. Soon after my credit card payment, i got another email from paddle.net requesting an additional payment of $13.95 without any explanation. I tried contacting paddle.net, but i only get a bot. I attach a photo of my email. It appears that not only is there No customer service at LR, but also there is no customer service with their payment processor.
