I use autogenerating subtitles(voice recognition) in Media file player for my english study. Subtitles are generated well, but a problem occurs with an audio file. After processing, all silent sections between sentences in an audio file are deleted, so audio files speak without a break. I tried uploading 10 english audio files, and they all made the same result.
However, subtitles match an original audio file, having silent section, so audio sentences and subtitles are not in sync. However, oddly enough, when I click any subtitle, audio and it are in sync, but audio starts to speak without a break again.
Hello @jack03, thanks for reporting this. I’m unable to reproduce the issue on my end at the moment, so it may have been temporary. Is this still happening on your side? If so, could you please let us know if it occurs only with audio files or with video files as well?
Thanks to answer me. I tried another mp3 file, and it doesn’t make this issue. So, I think that my files might have a problem. But I don’t know what’s different between these mp3 files that make this issue or not. And also, it doesn’t occur with video files. I can send you the mp3 files that make this issue if you want.
