How to save word combinations and expressions?

I love LR. I already used the free version for two years, but yesterday I decided to upgrade. Today, I saved my first words and that’s great. Maybe it’s possible (therefore this post) but I would love LR even more if I could save more than one word.

For example: I wanted to save ‘shying away’, ‘leap years’, ‘neat and tidy solution’, ‘part and parcel’ and ‘blood vessels’ from the 1st video I watched with the paid subscription. It seems to me that’s not possible, and now I get example phrases about being shy, blood diseases and other stuff that I don’t need to learn :grinning:

Anyone knows if this is possible, and if so, how could I save word combinations and expressions? Thanks in advance and a big high five to the LR developers :+1:

@Cecilia hi!
It is currently not possible to save word combinations directly as separate entries from the sentence. You can only save whole phrases and words.

However, you can manually add word combinations you want to learn using the “Dictionary” pop-up in the upper right corner on https://www.languagereactor.com/. (see screenshot below)
Saved word combinations will be displayed in the Saved Phrases section
Perhaps we add this feature in the future
