Are there any plans to allow for selecting more than one word from a subtitle in Language Reactor? Some words have different meanings in isolation vs groups. For example, in French, alors, que, and alors que, all have different meanings. I know that selecting more than one word with updated definitions can be done because Readlang does it. I just cannot figure out how to do it in Language Reactor or if it is even possible.
Hello @Kimberly_Norton, Thank you for your question! This feature is not currently available, but we are considering adding it.
However, you can still manually add phrases (consisting of two or more words) to the “Saved” section.
To do this:
- Copy the phrase you want
- Paste it into the “Dictionary” pop-up window
- Save the phrase by clicking the star icon
After that, it will appear in your “Saved Phrases” section and will be added to your practice, for example, in PhrasePump
Thanks so much. I tried it and it worked. blush:
