I just upgraded to pro, because the explain, example, grammar part ( the really useful part) stopped working. It is still not functioning and now the translation is not working either.
I have one text that I uploaded before changing to pro, part is translated and the middle section is not!. The very latest upload will not translate at all.
I am English, living in Portugal. I uploaded a text to study… which was working beautifully 3 days ago and motivated me to upgrade. Now, the parts that are really useful don’t work at all and I paid for them.
I am studying European Portuguese and translating text into English, or I was until it all went wrong.
Can you either tell me how to fix the bugs or give me may money back and I will find something else to use,
