For many of my favorite shows on Netflix, the subtitles are totally wrong, off in terms of timing, and so on. Could I just use/upload my own .srt files, which have perfect subs?

I totally get that, the subtitles are way off sometimes, it’s because they do the voice over and the subtitles in different departments so they don’t match most of the time
