Problem fetching ASR subs. QUEUE_FULL

Problem fetching ASR subs. QUEUE_FULL

why am i getting this error when i choose English [ASR]
i was perfectly using this great feature until this very moment.

though my actual purpose of using this feature is netflix’s annoying CAPITAL caption/subtittle problem on Movies or TV Shows. this feature makes all the CAPITAL letters to lowercase like i want.

but now this feature is not working. and i don’t want to watch the movies that i want with CAPITALIZED letter.

Update: now it says → Problem fetching ASR subs. “check-ready”

I think there is a problem with this feature. It’s most of the time working flawlesly but sometimes gives error. For now it’s working like a charm. I hope they can find the source of the problem. Because this is the feature that i am exacty using most of the time due to lack of caption options of Netflix to make CAPITAL letter to lowercase.

Hi @Yana! It seems like this is an old issue. Could you please let us know what could be the potential cause of it and whether there is a way to fix it?

Hello everyone! This error appears from time to time and I think it’s related to server response times. We usually try to fix the issue right away. I see that it’s not there right now. Thank you for letting us know!

Hello Yana. I have the problem now. QUEUE_FULL when using ASR. Could you please fix it?

@neww, thanks! I’ve passed this on to the team. We’re figuring out how to fix it. Could you share a link to the movie where this happens for you?

@neww do you use the ad-free Netflix plan?
