If native language translation is available, enable user to show it below for a better experience than machine translation. ( just like dual caption)

Hi. In LLN (Netflix), native language translations are used by default. Machine translations are only available for Pro users. You can switch either on or off through Settings: “Show human translations” and “Show machine translations” options.
In LLY (Youtube), only machine translations are used at the moment. We are working on adding human translations, the feature should be available in the next couple of weeks.
