I don’t know how to turn off or change into kana the rōmaji that recently started appearing when I hover over a word in the subtitles.
I am sure I checked on all the tabs of the documentation that can be found here : Language Reactor .
Thanks for your help

Hi @Reckuss ,
I think this might help you get rid of it:
Hi @T_C ,
You can turn off romanization (called transliterations by LR) by navigating to the settings gear ( ) icon for Language Reactor and scrolling to " Show Transliterations." Set it to “No Transliterations,” and you should be good to go on learning without Romanization/transliteration.
[Turning Transliteration:Romanization Settings Off in LR Extension]
I recommend checking your settings are set for the above in the LR extension, on the website, and in the app-like app , If you have …
Note on transliteration (I believe that’s another way to describe romanji/kana, but I am not as familiar with this terminology): It doesn’t change in the full dictionary (I. e., the dictionary that pops up when you click on a word), but I do believe it changes in the mini dictionary (the dictionary that pops up when you hover over a word).
I hope this helps.
I have the exact same problem
@Bautista_Palacios you can change it in the Japanese transliterations drop down list in the Settings section
I desactivated transliterations but the romaji when hovering over a word still appears
@Bautista_Palacios thank you! We caught that and added it to our tasks
can you also add to your tasks or at least explain why this bug happens “Language Reactor Error: Failed to retrieve linguistic data: NETWORK_ERROR Lang: ja” Language Reactor Error: Failed to retrieve linguistic data: NETWORK_ERROR Lang: ja
