New Pro user here! I don’t use many of the features besides just the saved words for the Phrase Pump. It would be nice to be able to change my login from my e-mail to a username and password in case I want to use my account at work on my work PC for Phrase Pump and having all my saved words.

Same problem here. Right around the same time.
I searched for this term and figured that this seems to occur somewhat frequently.
I would really love to know from someone in the company for how long these sorts of outages occur and if they resolve themselves on their own or if we have to reinstall the add-on etc.
I have seen no feedback here in this forum concerning this problem so far.
It would be really appreciated if they got back to us with any information.
Guys, tons of paid subscribers are complaining that the ASR (the only reason they are paying you) for isnt working and we are getting zero feedback. If you cant fix it at least let us know that you know there is a problem.

Hi. It sounds like there might be a compatibility issue with the extension and recent updates from YouTube. Have you tried reinstalling the extension or clearing your browser cache? The machine already translates Swahili in Netflix films but there’s no way for me to track my learning.
